EJ642 – Recruitment Administrator (Full time/Part Time) 

Location: Cirencester 

Salary: £Competitive + Bonus

Overview:

To work alongside our Recruitment Consultants providing proactive candidate management. The role will involve a significant amount of interaction with proactively identifying and contacting potential candidates for opportunities we are managing. The successful applicant will need to exhibit excellent communication and organisational skills. In addition, there will be administrative responsibilities such as job postings and advertising and social media management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively supporting consultants by resourcing for candidates; identifying a calibre of candidates through search and selection.
  • Manage daily applications and initial contact to applicants.
  • Incoming enquiries from both candidates and clients.
  • Advertise vacancies on company website, job boards and social media platforms.
  • Maintain various company databases.
  • Maintain client information.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working within a demanding administrative role.
  • Exceptional telephone skills.
  • IT skills – Microsoft packages including Word and Excel.
  • Understanding and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Experience supporting a number of individuals with a varied range of administrative functions.
  • Ability to prioritise efficiently and multitask.
  • Work effectively within a team or on own.

Location: Cirencester
