JM83 Plant Fitter (Mobile)
Location: Billinghurst
Salary: Circa £35k DOE
Key Duties:
- Servicing and repairing construction plant and equipment in the workshop and on site.
- To bring to the immediate attention of the Workshop Manager all major faults which are found.
- To undertake other service work and repair work to fork lift trucks and vehicles as and when required.
- Keep the workshop area allocated to the job function in a clean and tidy condition and ensure that the Company health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Inspection of plant for “on-hire and off-hire”.
Key Competencies:
- Must have previous experience of working on construction plant equipment.
- Must be confident and experienced in adjusting and setting hydraulic flows and pressures on excavators
- Current driving licence
- Forklift truck trained
- Attention to detail
- Able to work under own initiative but also a team player
