JA1055 – Park Safety Assistant

Location – Drimsynie Estate Lochgoilhead, PA24 8AD

Salary – DOE

Hours of Work – Contracted hours / flexibility is required


We are currently recruiting for a Park Safety Assistant to oversee the night-time operation of the park and to provide a safe and secure environment to the park, staff, and guests. To ensure that all areas of the complex building internal and external are cleaned to the highest standard. Due to the nature of the work all candidates must have a full UK driving licence and a SIA badge (assistance gaining this will be provided if required).

Key Responsibilities:


  • To ensure that all areas of the complex building internal and external are cleaned to the SOP standards.
  • Ensure the emergency call points are checked daily and recorded.
  • Ensure the emergency lights are checked daily and recorded.
  • Ensure that all firefighting equipment is in place and checked daily and recorded.
  • Secure premises and personnel by patrolling the park.
  • Handle reports of disturbance / found instances of potential disturbance in a confident, effective, and professional manner.
  • Report any maintenance issues, potential breaches of security or unusual occurrences.
  • To provide guests with helpful advice and information from queries they might have.
  • Responding promptly to provide support in emergency situations in a calm and professional manner.
  • Liaise with Emergency services as appropriate.
  • Maintain a high standard of appearance and performance


  • Ensure the security of the building by having all doors and windows locked.
  • To ensure the surveillance equipment is monitored, effectively and sensitively in compliance with the parks agreed standards.
  • Fully support and comply with Fire, Health& safety, and Security policies and procedures by daily and weekly checks.
  • Work together with colleagues from other departments to improve efficiency and overall service delivery.


  • Act as an ambassador for the Company and ensure that it is promoted externally on all relevant occasions.
  • To perform any other duties as required by the Company.
  • Undertake, attend training and meetings as required.
