Location: Nottingham
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 + £1000 bonus and excellent benefits

A Medical Equipment Technician is required to work in of client’s hospital’s in Nottingham. They will be working with a growing company which provides equipment for keyhole surgery. The Medical Equipment Technician will perform equipment set ups and assist with any technical issues throughout the surgery.
Previous experience is not necessary for this role however you do need previous medical knowledge such as military medic or nurse. Full training for this role is provided in an ‘on the job’ training environment.
This role would ideally suit the ex-military community, but all applications are welcome.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The day to day management of various keyhole equipment in the operating theatres.
Video imaging set-up.
Troubleshooting where required.
Provide user training to doctors and nurses.
Skills and Qualifications:
NVQ Level 2/3 in Healthcare.
2 years’ experience in healthcare environment.
