EJ750 – International Administration Manager

Location: Dover

Salary: £27,000 – £30,000

Hours: Monday-Friday, 0830-1730

Overview:

First Military Recruitment are currently seeking an International Administration Manager on behalf of one of our clients.

Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Administration Department, coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
  • Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure the department adhere to departmental policies and procedures.
  • Manage the Sales and Purchasing invoicing process of the international operation.
  • Produce monthly profit & loss figures.
  • Stock control and ordering of stationary, PPE equipment, staff refreshments, etc.
  • General office duties, including printing, photocopying, answering telephone calls, etc.
  • Any other general administrative duties, as required.
  • Promote company values and code of conduct in all that you do and to others you come into contact with.
  • Adhere to company rules, policies and procedures constantly and encourage others to do the same.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation impacting on your role where required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and ensure that confidentiality is applied where appropriate.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ industry experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of accounts.
  • Previous experience using SAP would be desirable, but not essential.
  • IT literate in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Able to compile and collate data.
  • Competent in using own initiative and maximise resources to source effective solutions.
  • Capable in working to fluid targets and deadlines.
  • Proven verbal, written, mathematical and communication skills.
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and able to deal with difficult customer conversations/or internal stakeholder demands.
  • Willing to undertake training that may be required for the role.

Salary: £27,000 – £30,000
