Group Sales Executives
Location: Esher
Salary: £21,000 plus commission (Realistic OTE £30k to £35k)
Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking Group Sales Executives on behalf of one of our clients.
This role is ideal for a dynamic, self-driven and ambitious person with aspirations of quickly progressing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Effectively respond to inbound Group Sales Enquiries (via telephone / email / face-to-face).
- You will ascertain the needs of guests and identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell.
- Convert sales enquiries effectively and efficiently into profitable sales, with the aim of exceeding budgeted targets across the range of products.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience preferably in the corporate hospitality/entertainment industry however full product training will be provided.
- Good standard of numeracy with an understanding of basic business calculations e.g, gross margin percentages, VAT.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Be able to quickly gain an understanding of the Company’s IT system.
- Must be a highly competent writer.
- Be creative, enthusiastic with the ability to think ‘out of the box’.
- A positive personality and clear focus on high standards are essential.
- Well presented, friendly, approachable, confident, professional with first class communication skills.
