Overview:
First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our local client who are a young, vibrant business with long term commercial clients in the central belt to recruit a Ground worker with hard landscaping experience to join their growing team covering contracts in the central belt.
Ex Military candidates are encouraged to apply although consideration will be given to all applicants.
The role
Working as part of a small team, you will be involved in all ground working activities and landscaping duties including but not limited to:
- Pot Hole Repair
- Fencing repairs
- Gritting
- Tar work
- Paving
- Kerbing
- Drainage
To be successful in this role, you will have the following:
Essential
- Have significant ground work and landscaping experience
- Must live within 15 mile radiius of KY12 8JU
- CSCS Card
- Full Drivers’ License
Desirable
- NPORS or CPCS
- NRSWA
- Tractor experience
Hours of work
- 7.30am to 4.30 pm (45 hrs paid) although when gritting shift could start as early as 4am
