Location – Birmingham
Salary – £20,000 to £23,000 DOE
Overview:
First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our client – to recruit Front of House to join their team in Birmingham.
As Front of House, you will be responsible for activating and facilitating a warm, welcoming and memorable experience for our tenants and guests at Citadel. This is a highly relational role that will set the tone for the whole building.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for a range of administrative front desk duties.
- Work closely with the Landlord and Property Management teams to create a tidy, safe and secure building.
- Help to ensure that the desk and meeting room spaces run smoothly.
- Support the Building Manager and Senior Management Team with day-to-day operations and maintenance with understanding of expenditure and current legislation.
- Effectively manage meeting room AV requirements.
- Maintain filing systems as allocated, digitally and manually.
- Maintain lists for local approved suppliers such as courier, taxi services, catering providers, local amenities and leisure facilities.
- Challenge processes and procedures in order to seek improvements in the performance of customer service and service delivery.
- Manage the backend of the Citadel app, helping tenants and guests with bookings and access control.
- Engage with tenants, giving all those who enter a pro-active welcome, promoting in-house happenings (events, newsletters etc) and making introductions between tenants.
- Help to activate the ground floor space.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience of working in a similar role.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of communicating across at various levels.
- Proactive, flexible attitude to the changes to the company, IT systems and the role.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Able to use own initiative.
- Fulfil the compliance and policy requirements in accordance with company policies and procedures and the relevant legislative framework.
