JM42: Field Based Trainer.
Location: Ideally located in the Northwest/Yorkshire area.
Salary: Competitive.
Contract: Permanent full-time, Monday-Friday, regular travel and overnight stays, occasional weekend.
Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the company’s acclaimed manual handling training courses on site at their clients’ premises. Each session will include both theory and hands-on practical training. In this varied and exciting role, the candidate will have the opportunity to deliver sessions across a wide range of industries and make a positive impact to the health and wellbeing of the client’s employees. As it is a field-based role there will be regular travel. However, any overnight stays will have accommodation booked through head office. Would strongly encourage ex-military to apply.

- Confidence to deal with people at all levels
- Excellent communicator
- Good sense of humour
- Good presentation skills Knowledge of anatomy and physiology (desirable but not essential as full training will be given)
- Training background (desirable but not essential)
- Health & Safety Qualifications (desirable but not essential)
