The RSM Approach to Recruitment

As a business we have in excess of 100 years military experience and 50 years in direct recruitment.  Due to utility of the candidates we deal with our experience is very much multi-disciplined.  We have a direct and relevant experience of identifying candidates both ex-military or not, into many different roles. We are confident that we have the capacity, experience and desire to be able to effectively manage your recruitment needs both now and into the future and will add value to your business.

We would envisage our partnership being a true extension of your business, a remote extension of your business.

In essence, we will manage the full process to the point of employment including the administration of any required functional testing or assessment.  We anticipate an involvement within the HR Strategy to allow us to work with you to forecast particular requirements and also to allow us to impart our recruitment expertise.
