Location: Haddenham, West Buckinghamshire

Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Workshop Operative on behalf of one of our clients.
Our client is keen to offer opportunities to Ex-Military personnel but all applications will be considered.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Working as directed by Workshop Manager
- Labour tasks for all departments with priority given by Workshop Manager
- Putting stock away and packing up equipment and accessories.
- Ensure all who enter workshop/yard areas comply with H&S and Company procedures including all employees, visitors, and drivers are signed in and wearing the correct PPE as required
- Bank vehicles where required into and out of workshop yard and Manage Transport movement around GGR premises
- Ensuring the dispatch area is tidy and equipment put away in designated areas.
- To assist in any other tasks that may be required by supervisory staff to ensure the efficient operation of the workshop and workshop teams
- Loading/unloading GGR and customer vehicles using suitable lifting aids such as Fork lift/pallet truck and ensuring orders are correct, when requested
- To keep workshop & yard areas clean and tidy at all times
- To assist in other tasks that may be required by supervisory staff to ensure the efficient operation of the workshop
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous work experience in a similar role
- Attention to detail
- Able to work overtime
- Able to follow instruction
- Teamwork
- Good communication skills
- Excellent time keeper
- Tidy Appearance
- Drivers Licence.
- Mechanical & Engineering Background
- Fork Lift Truck Licence
