AR361 – Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Smethwick
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000
Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently supporting our client in the search for a Warehouse Supervisor.
To be responsible for the warehouse team and accurate picking and dispatch of goods.
Our client is keen to offer opportunities to Ex-Military personnel, but all applications will be considered.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all customer orders are picked in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensuring all goods are stored with control on stock rotation.
- Ensuring a neat and organised warehouse area.
- Ensuring customer orders are loaded correctly on vehicles.
- Ensuring accurate regular stock takes.
- Instruct, motivate and lead your team as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be neat and accurate with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills.
- Must have proven warehouse experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Valid forklift licence is preferred.
- Strong leadership with a structured approach
