Location: London
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000
Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently working for a Training Delivery Coordinator to join our client. The business is a leading London-based connectivity provider committed to building one of the highest capacity enterprise fibre networks and after a decade of serving clients across the UK and Europe
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Booking all new starters on to online courses
- Booking apprentices onto online and external courses as required
- Managing day to day timetable for each apprenticeship intake
- Checking in with the apprentices on a day-to-day basis Job Description
- Supporting apprentices with admin within the company
- Additional administrative tasks as required by Head of Training and Development
- Understanding the technical aspects of the roles within the company and how to apply training to these roles
- Supporting Head of Training with development of internal technical training requirements and documentation for the trainers to deliver from
- Developing the trainers skills – providing feedback through training observation
- Supporting training evaluation of internal and external courses
- Supporting assessments
- Supporting feedback loop from QA into training improvements, refreshers and upskills
- Additional duties as required by Head of Training and Development
Skills and Qualifications:
- Over 2 years’ experience in a telecoms/ networking environment at a technical level
- 1-2 years’ experience of training in a technical environment, ideally in telecoms
- Ability to adapt and work flexibly within a fast-paced business environment
- Ability to demonstrate high attention to detail
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ambition and aspiration to progress career
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and juggle a variety of projects at one time
- Provides information accurately and in a timely way
