Location – Clarkston, Glasgow
Salary – £20,000
First Military Recruitment are working in partnership with out Client to recruit a Technical Team Administrator to join their busy Letting Compliance Team in Glasgow’s Southside.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a positive attitude, excellent organisational skills, a strong work ethic, great communication skills and most importantly be able to cope with the busy and varied nature of letting management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Acting as first point of contact for planned Electrical Inspection Condition Report letting compliance renewal certification (EICRs), the role will be primarily customer focused, dealing with Landlord clients, Tenants and Contractors in the scheduling and planning of EICRs to ensure their timely renewal as well as arranging any required remedial works.
We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic, organised, personable and pro-active team member who will be flexible in their approach to all aspects of the business.
Flexibility is required to cover Saturday rotas and our office opening hours.
Skills and Experience:
• Strong IT and administration skills are essential.
• Good working knowledge of Excel is essential.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Great organisational skills.
• Previous experience within the Property/Facilities sector would be advantageous.
In Return our Client Offers:
• A full-time working week Monday to Friday- 9am to 5pm.
• 35 hours per week.
• Annual Salary: £20,000.
