JM69: Quality Assurance, Despatch and Stores Support Trainee
Location: Skelmanthorpe
Salary: NMW whilst training.
Overview:
Perceptive Recruitment are currently seeking a Quality Assurance, Despatch and Stores Support Trainee. They are happy to provide training for the ideal candidate. Based in an Electronics factory, you would need to hold IPC qualifications.
Role:
Responsibilities:
- Shared responsibility for control of Technical Quality standards within the production and inspection areas.
- Shared responsibility for daily in-process monitoring standards.
- Shared responsibility for new starter induction training and standard setting.
- Despatch daily control: organization and completion of Sales order despatches.
- Sales Order progress control, including Production Control communication on blockages.
- Stores area: accurate stock control and work kitting supervision and support.
Inspection Key tasks:
- Full specification AQL and 100% inspection as of production outputl.
- Fault reporting and recording of faults.
- Control of traceability labelling and quarantine spaces.
- Supervise the organisation of inspected goods through to despatch area
- Supervise the housekeeping and maintenance of inspection areas, including kit box control and restock of over kitted parts.
- Shared control of Customer Complaint investigation and reporting.
Training and Monitoring Support Tasks:
- Support training of new starters, accurate and prompt closure of records including office filing
- Support audit operator process skills on daily/monthly basis. Report on skills input to Team Leader for monthly reporting: Operator skill level, development/training/support needs and effects of inputs.
