Salary – £40 – £60K DOE
We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager with strong Building Services experience to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will be required to deliver multi-disciplinary building services projects from inception to completion in a collaborative ‘Framework Contract’ environment, while leading project teams.
The role is at the forefront of customer delivery and the successful Project Manager will have good technical skills from the design and build process of building services, strong project management skills and previous experience of completion of multi-disciplinary projects in operational environments.
Working collaboratively within our client’s engineering team and with their wider stakeholders, you will successfully deliver projects under the NEC contracts within the operational environment – responsible for producing project documents, managing budgets and risk and ensuring projects are delivered safely and in compliance. We are looking for someone with a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong communication both verbal and written and the ability to build and mobilise teams.
Skills and Qualifications
- BSc/BEng in Building Services or similar
- APM Project Management qualification or similar
- 5 years minimum Project Management experience
- A demonstrable understanding of CDM Regulations
- Full driving licence and use of own transport
