EY92 Patient Services Outbound Caller (Sales)

Location: High Wycombe , Buckinghamshire 

Salary: £19,500 per Annum

Overview:

First Military Recruitment are currently supporting our client in the search for a Patient Services Outbound Caller (Sales).

Monday to Friday, 10.00am – 6.00pm (with half an hour for lunch). The Client would consider 9.00am – 5.00pm (With half an hour for lunch).

Following successful training this role could be office or home based.

Our client is keen to offer opportunities to Ex-Military personnel, but all applications will be considered.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Patient Services Outbound Caller (Sales):

• Due to your ability to build strong relationships with patients you will be able to identify patients who would act as an advocate of products and services.
• Take ownership of increasing retention of patients as a result of being able to demonstrate your excellent customer service skills.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing patients, manage sample orders and guide patients on product use and offer follow up support.
• You will be expected to behave in a professional manner at all times, and you will build professional relationships with customers that will enhance the Company’s quality image.
• You will work efficiently to meet daily call and sales targets, as agreed with your Line Manager and you will be able to demonstrate your up-selling skills to identify business opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Database Management Skills.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Experience of up-selling.
• Proven Customer Service background.
• Proven experience of working in a high-volume call making environment.
• Proven experience of working to daily and weekly targets.
• Proven previous experience of high-end Customer Service delivery and relationship building.
• Proven Telesales Skills.
