Location: Rayleigh

Salary: £20,000 – £25,000

Overview:

First Military Recruitment are currently seeking an Office Manager on behalf of one of our clients.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the office for a company who specialises in the supply, installation and maintenance of assistive technology equipment such as stairlifts and hoists.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To take on all aspects of running a small office such as:
  • Replying to queries and resolving customer problems via phone or email.
  • Keeping data management systems up to date.
  • Dealing with customer orders and associated paperwork.
  • Ability to draft correspondence.
  • Provide PA and admin services.
  • General administration duties.
  • Take on HR related duties.
  • This list is not exhaustive and you will be required to carry out other duties as reasonably requested.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Strong administration skills are a must.
  • Working knowledge of HR is advantageous.
  • Strong level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to make decisions and prioritise tasks with no supervision.
  • Excellent IT skills including email, Word and Excel at a minimum.

Salary: £20,000 – £25,000
