Location: Broadway
Salary: £25,000
Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Night Supervisor for our client based in Broadway. The successful candidate will be required to work five shifts per week during the hours of 23:00 – 07:00.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure internal and external guest requests can be answered and take reasonable action to look after their experience.
- Work in a small team to deliver the nightly checklist of tasks and liaise with other departments to assist wherever possible.
- Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and within given deadlines and email correspondents are kept updated.
- Be proactive in ensuring a high level of cleanliness and presentation of the hotel and estate.
- Deal with any late check in, rooming guests, early check out and early breakfast requests.
- Be available to serve and correctly charge any late drinks/snacks for residents.
- Ensure that close of shift balances are correct and any discrepancies resolved and ensure that all floats are counted and agreed ready for safe storage ready for the oncoming shift.
- To liaise and be on hand to drive guests to and from each property, ensuring they have freedom to move around the estate.
- To have a good knowledge of the local area, events, hotel facilities and promotions.
- Handle, follow up and communicate any comments or complaints. Pass on to relevant HODs or managers if unable to handle.
- Responsible for reporting sickness and absenteeism calls in the night to the relevant persons and be proactive in finding cover.
- To have knowledge of basic in room and hotel maintenance.
- Responsible for the fire safety and security of the hotel premises, ensuring that safe Systems of Work procedures and quality standards are maintained. Be a responsible key holder, ensuring strict control of master keys.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Driving licence

- Able to prioritise workload to complete all tasks to high standards
