Location: Northampton

Salary: £32,000 – £34,000 + £3000 bonus per annum 


First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Team Leader on behalf of one of our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Utilise a wide array of knowledge; technical skills and problem-solving abilities to project manage the implementation of a contract.
  • Responsible for conducting planned SIMS service visits as scheduled to accounts to service and support customers to ensure the continuity and growth of contracts.
  • Support for contract implementations in conjunction with the Operations Manager.
  • The implementation of a project plan and planned support of services.
  • Fulfilment of MSF/SIMS contract service level agreements in line with key performance indicators.
  • Supervision of On-Site Endoscopic Specialists within a geographical area.
  • Support for Sales Projects as required.
  • To improve quality by offering suggestions, act to meet and exceed customer’s requirements, implement quality improvements, and assure the highest standards are maintained in all aspects of Company services.
  • To adhere to all hospital policies, standards, and procedures; and accept responsibility for the continuous improvement of the overall well-being of the relationship between the hospital and Company.
  • Provide On-Site support as required and perform OES duties in a wide range of settings and equipment scenarios.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of both patient care and business matters, by assuring that any confidential information is not shared or discussed except as required in the performance of required duties in accordance with Company and the facility guidelines.
  • To carry out user training as required for Company equipment, as applicable, used in the Facility to ensure the smooth running of the Theatre Suite and the seamless interface between technical and clinical aspects to the ultimate benefit of the service delivered by the facility to the patient.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the company’s products.
  • To assist with and take responsibility for planned training and support of the On-Site Endoscopic Specialists team.
  • Attend all periodic and ad hoc meetings with the medical facility representative, medical, and administrative staff employed by or on behalf of the facility.
  • Maintain technical competency through regular and frequent attendance at appropriate courses as agreed with line manager.
  • Manage, maintain, and update procedures in accordance with our ISO 13485 quality management system.
  • Awareness and compliance with local medical facility policies relevant to their activities.
  • Carry out any ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned and agreed with your line manager or for wider business needs.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educated to A level standard or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office in include Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
  • Two or more years in a healthcare theatre environment.
  • Commercial experience in medical devices.
  • Line management or supervisory advantageous.
  • Supervisory Management, ability to manage and lead a team.
  • Ability to organise and facilitate customer meetings.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Ability to work under own initiative.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

Salary: £32,000 – £34,000 + £3000 bonus per annum
