Overview 

We are currently recruiting for Instructors for our client in Saudi Arabia and due to VISA restrictions, we can only consider applications from UK Nationals.

The post holder will be responsible for delivering Naval Specialist Training (NST) at the Technical Institute for Naval Studies (TINS). Specifically, the post holder will be responsible for delivery of common content for all Electrician’s Mate stream specific content. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Delivering Naval Specialty Training curriculum (including relevant elements of Basic Skills Training) and in particular Electricians Mate specific elements
  • Supporting invigilation activities for assessments.
  • Supporting remedial training activities.
  • Writing assessment materials.
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of courseware materials and media.
  • Writing cadet reports as required to meet customer requirements.
  • The post holder will be expected to operate to a standard of absolute integrity and professionalism.
  • The post holder will ensure the completion of any other reasonable request by their line manager, which aligns with Company business.
  • The post holder will be expected to operate to a standard of absolute integrity and professionalism.
  • The post holder will ensure the completion of any other reasonable request by the NST Senior Instructor which aligns with Company business.

Recruitment Specification

  • Be a graduate of an advanced military trade school or an industry equivalent,
  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience performing the role of Electricians Mate,
  • Have completed FACET Train the Trainer course.
  • Have 1 years’ recent instructional experience.
  • Have successfully completed an approved / accredited Instructional Techniques course.
