AR124 – Hard Landscaping Foreman
Location: North London
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000
Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Hard Landscaping Foreman on behalf of one our clients.
You will be responsible for a range of gardening tasks and landscaping projects. Work is based mainly in North London for domestic residential and luxury commercial developments.
The working hours are 7:30am – 4:30pm Mon – Fri
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Various gardening tasks
- Various landscaping tasks
- Handling block paving/paving tiles
- Fencing
- Turf laying
- General maintenance
- Answering questions from clients
- Managing staff
- Training of new staff and ensuring all training is logged
- Ensuring health & safety and environmental procedures are followed and risk assessments are completed while on site.
Skills and Qualifications
- Driving Licence
- Van driving experience
- Time served in garden maintenance
- Minimum 3 years previous experience
- NVQ Level 3 or National Diploma in Horticulture or similar
- PA1 + PA6a certification
