Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Flexographic Printer / Machine Operator on behalf of one of our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation of die cutting, rotary and rewinding machinery.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Setting and Operating die cutting machinery
- Setting and Operating rewinding / rotary machinery
- Carrying out all relevant quality inspections accurately
- Carrying out basic/advanced machine maintenance
- Supporting all areas of production depending on workload
- Support and sustain a Lean culture
Skills and Qualifications:
- Mechanical and engineering aptitude
- Calm approach to technical issues
- Very high attention to detail
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Confident with IT
- High work rate with willingness to go above and beyond
- Attention to productivity
- Tidy and meticulous
