Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a Bid Writer to join our client’s business. The successful candidate will be required to source, identify and complete PQQ and Tender opportunities, managing the process from start to finish to a consistently high standard ultimately winning business for the company.
Aims and Objectives:
- Working within the Bid and Business Development team the chosen candidate with full responsibility the responsibilities of managing the PQQ and Tender process from end to end
- Communicate closely with all subject matter experts and stakeholders across each division and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all submissions are delivered within set timescales
- Work within the Company culture, ethos, and brand guidelines in line with the Company Procedures
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the complete bidding process from identification to final submission
- Identify opportunity searches via a variety of mediums, capturing and circulating clear and concise information regarding potential opportunities and arrange engagement events with all stakeholders following a documented decision-making process.
- Development and coordination of bid responses, at both PQQ and ITT stages, in line with Company requirements and brand guidelines
- Production of bespoke and high-quality tender submissions based on clients’ bespoke requirements
- Peer review of tender documents from other team members within the wider Company network
- Distribute information requests to stakeholders and subject matter experts for the appropriate business stream and maintain liaison/management to ensure adequate response time to meet submission deadlines
- Liaise with internal departments to source information from previous customers, e.g., References and client satisfaction reports
- Research and gather relevant information to create fully inclusive bid responses
- Maintain an up-to-date database of bid response resources, information, and relevant certifications
- Maintain a database of answers and documents to assist in future PQQ/ITT’s
- Manage a fast-paced workload and be reactive to deadlines across multiple business streams, prioritising workload as required
